SOTL handicap chairperson, Vanessa Kearney conducted a comprehensive seminar on the 2019 Rules of Golf on Sunday, February 10th.

Attendees viewed videos, discussed the new rules, and enjoyed sumptuous “bites and sips” prepared by Vanessa and Sarita.
